Middle Earth's Most Useless

Last month the Irish Hobbit League Facebook page ran a series of polls to find the best and worst profiles in the game. This was split into the following categories; Good Hero, Evil Hero, Good Warrior and Evil Warrior. Today we'll look at which unfortunate models came out on top for the worst profile in each category.

PS. Please note that these polls were conducted pre-FAQ, so some rules may have changed their effectiveness.

Worst Good Hero
King of Man

The ban on using him with any of the many excellent named Gondorian heroes really limits his effectiveness. Even the bump up to a Hero of Valour isn't going to help that.

Honourable mentions - King's Huntsman and Mirkwood Captain

Worst Evil Hero
Ugluk

Only 2 Attacks with Defence 5, 2 Wounds and 1 Fate make Ugluk too fragile to rely on and as a result he gets outshone by the other Uruk Hai Scout heroes such as Mauhur and Vrasku.

Honourable mention - Gothmog's Enforcer

Worst Good Warrior
Son's of Eorl

The loss of their 2nd Attack makes them severely overcosted when compared with Royal Guard unless you are running Eorl, and then you are prevented from utilising all of the good named heroes that have propelled Rohan into the top tier of armies.

Honourable mentions - Mirkwood Ranger and Osgiliath Veteran

Worst Evil Warrior
Feral Uruk Hai

When you compare Ferals against Berserkers then the Berserkers are just better value all round so there's no real reason to take Ferals.

Honourable mention - Moria Goblin Blackshields

Come back tomorrow to find out what won the Best profile in each category.
